Divisional Cultural Festival - 2019
Divisional Cultural Festival Organized by the Mahawilachchiya Divisional Secretariat was held on 22nd November 2019 at the Divisioanal Secretatiat Auditorium under the presence of Mahawilachchiya Divisional Secretary Mrs. Manjari C. Chandradasa. In this event "Gee Rasavinda Programme" was held with the participation of Musician Mr. Upali Jayalath and Mrs. Kanthi Kurera for the Divisional Secretariat Staff.
